Agenda of the 1st partnership meeting in Sofia, 29. - 31. Octobre 2008


29th of Octobre 2008

14.00: Participants who arrive earlier in the day will be met in the early afternoon by a senior who will advise them what to do and show them around.

19.00: Meeting of all partners in front of the cathedral "Alexander Nevski". The participants who will spend the afternoon in the city will be met directly in front of the cathedral. The participants who are arriving at the afternoon will be met and brought from the hotel at 18.15

19.00: Dinner

 

 

30th of Octobre 2008

9.00: Meeting of the participants in Hotel Shipka by Tanya Gebova and walk to seminar place

9.30 - 9.45: Start of the meeting, welcome words from the hosts of the meeting EMC and the project coordinator for Bulgaria Tanya Gebova) and the coordinator of the project Danube-Networkers, ZAWiW (Carmen Stadelhofer)

9.45 - 10.30: …continued: Introduction of the participants and their organisations

10.30 - 11.00: Summary of the project tasks-Carmen Stadelhofer

11.00 - 11.30: Coffee break

11.30 - 12.00: Presentation of the groups’ foto-collages

12.00 - 13.00: Identification of the subjects to be worked on and definition of forms of future cooperation themes

  • virtual cooperation and communication
  • cooperation with associated partners
  • intergenerational cooperation
  • language know-how, translations
  • development of the website and presentation of the results

13.00 - 14.30: Lunch

31th of Octobre 2008

9.00 - 12.30: Pick up by 2 small busses and visit of the Chitalista "Rakovski"

  • presentation about the history of the Chitalista and its activities by the Director of the institution (Mrs. Andreeva)
  • an exhibition of paintings from the art group
  • presentation of national constumes and traditions by the group in Pitesti, Romania and in Pleven, Bulgaria

12.30 - 14.00: Light lunch: sandwiches

14.00 – 17.00

  1. Senior students will visit the History Museum as well as the Boyana Church, one of the most valuable historical monuments in Bulgaria (combi ticket for both)
  2. Coordinators will meet at the EMCs

17.00 - 19.30: Return to Hotel Shipka

19.30: Joint meal in a restaurant with regional dishes
